Whether it’s your dream home, a boutique hotel, or a commercial space — send us the site details and what you have in mind. We typically share an indicative scope & fee within 5 working days.
NextGen provides comprehensive spatial engineering—we reconfigure layouts, design bespoke electrical and lighting circuits, engineer HVAC and plumbing drops, and design custom joinery rather than just choosing loose surface decor.
Yes, every project includes detailed 3D visualizations, material swatches, and lighting simulations so you can experience your space with precision before a single brick or panel is built.
We operate our own precision woodworking and fabrication facilities with skilled craftsmen, strict material grading (marine ply, acrylic/PU laminates, imported hardware), and dedicated site supervisors.
We specify genuine marine-grade plywood (Gurjan core), hardware from Häfele, Hettich, and Blum, premium laminates from Merino and Advance, and sanitary fixtures from Kohler and Roca.
